does anyone know, when doing the BCBSTN Physician Quality Program and filling out the Practititoner Assessment form, its says to also file a claim using E/M code 99420. Can this be billed along with an OV cpt code?
 
Yes. When we tack on the assessment form to an appointment, our providers will charge both an OV and 99420. When they schedule the visit for the assessment, they only bill 99420. You'll need a modifier 25 to get both paid.
