Is anyone having trouble with rejected telemed visits? I am using place of service 02 and modifier 95. I have tried every combination. GT with 11, 95 with 11.
 
I would check your local BCBS website to see how they want telehealth billed. Some carriers said "We'll do whatever Medicare is doing." Some carriers developed their own rules.
We have come across 1 or 2 patients with non-traditional plans that would not cover telehealth even during the pandemic.
