We are having a difficult time finding published guidelines for BCBSm CNM billing. We have a Collaborative Agreement signed and on file with BCBSm, but they have begun to deny our claims in the last couple of weeks. Any help pointing us in the right direction is appreciated. BCN was kind enough to put directly in the Provider Manual how they need the claims to read, but we were unable to find it for BCBSm main. All I see is information for PAs.
