Good morning!
We see many psychiatric patients through telehealth. We bill the EM with modifier -95 and we also bill Q3014 for a site origination fee. BCBSND is bundling Q3014 into the EM service and not paying for the site origination fee. I am wondering if any offices in ND are having this problem with BCBS and if there is another way to bill to get the site origination fee paid. Our home base is Grand Forks, but we see patients via telehealth in Fargo, Rugby, Devils Lake and other smaller towns throughout ND.
