Please help!
I'm trying to find a relevant per diem HCPCS code with modifier HA to bill Medicaid when extra staff is needed to address ADL's for a youth with DD. Our local Medicaid is also unable to fully define a code and is asking our input. Our facility is licensed as a PRTS (Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center) or RTC (Residential Treatment Center) which also provides Short term (under 30 days) Crisis Respite. Codes I've already reviewed are: H0037, H0046, H2013, H2015, H2016. Temporary Non Medicare codes: S9480 and S9485.
