I have a provider group that provides many behavioral health services in the community at churches and schools. Do we bill using the main office location or is there a modifier that tells the service was provided in the community
 
Hi - The payer may provide a list that shows if a code has place of service (POS) restrictions. E.g., https://www.azahcccs.gov/PlansProvi...ehavioral/FY21_BHOPMCOforWebsite_10012020.pdf

Medicare has a POS list here: https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/place-of-service-codes/Place_of_Service_Code_Set

I saw that the behavioral health forum hadn't replied, but perhaps if you were able to specify the codes you expect to report and if it's a particular type of program, someone who has experience with those specifics will have some advice. Best of luck!
