QUESTION WE ARE BILLING SAME BILLING NPI BUT TWO DIFFERENT RENDERINGS ON THE SAME DAY. ONE IS THE CLINICIAN FOR THERAPY THE NEXT IS THE NP FOR THE SCRIPT FOR THE PATIENT. WE ARE GETTING REJECTED FOR INCLUSIVE WHEN IT ISN'T. 90832 (FOR CLINICIAN) AND FOR NP IT IS 90792 OR 99203?

Per CPT guidelines for 90792: Psychotherapy services, including for crisis, may not be reported on the same day. Also if you use the same NPI for rendering provider you may need to use an XP modifier to designate two different providers.
