When billing T1007U4, 96127U4 and H0001U4 what modifiers are needed. Either the T1007 gets denied or 96127. Can anyone advise me on what modifier I should be using instead of U4 or with the U4? The T1007 denial says wrong modifier. I am new to Behavioral Health billing so any help would be appreciated.
