Does anyone know if there are any national statistics for comparison on Bell Curves for providers other than the Medicare distribution of patients?

I am trying to update our Bell Curves with more information.

Bell curves

Decision health has a Bell Curve Data Book with CD that has National averages for E/M. We use it at our facility. Hope this help....:)
 
Thanks, but we are looking for a different take on bench marking.
We would like to compare provider, clinic, state, national all on one chart.
I just cannot find the state data along with national together.

Plus I would really love to avoid creating all of the graphs if possible.
But I can do that if I have the data.
