I am in the process of trying to set myself up to try & work from home. I am doing some research on how to charge new accounts for my billing services. Is it best to charge a percentage rate? If so what is the average rate? Or is it best to charge a flat monthly fee? It will be for a chiropractic office and I know that most insurance companies do not pay for this type of service any suggestion on the best way to charge the Dr. for my billing services for his office? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!
