can anyone help me with the following, i am starting to bill allery treatment, i am being told to bill procedure codes 95115,95117,and 95165 in one claim for a full year of treatment. does anyone know if this is true. I also for code 95165 i am also being told to bill that code for the full 12 months at ony one time for the particular patient. HELP :confused::eek::
