Hello everyone. I really need some help on coding for a Bi V pacer performed in the ASC. Below I have attached the dictation for you to be able to help with the discussion. I say we should bill 33229 & 33225 but others are saying C7540. The cpt code description for them are different. Please help me. Thank you

I would code 33224 since the generator is the generator that was in the patient, not a new generator. FYI, the C-code is for hospital use only.
