Our office is having a difficult time getting the Bicillin injections paid for or pay enough to cover our costs. We use the code J0561 the Bicillin L-A 100,000 units. I use the appropriate E/M code with a modifier 25 and 59 on the injection 96372. Am I doing something wrong? usually it's 12 units that we bill out.
