Left knee medial and lateral meniscectomies with patellar chondroplasty
Right knee patellar chondroplasty
29880 LT and 29877 RT, however my edits are telling me that even with RT and LT modifiers, I cannot bill these two codes together. Is this correct? I find it hard to believe that the laterality modifiers would not be sufficient to override this edit. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!

You will need either a -59 or -XS modifier to break the edit. Laterality modifiers alone don't do that as they are informational only.
