I am trying to get my pain doctors to document appropriately for Bilateral procedures, so I can make sure that the claim is coded correctly and goes out the door clean the first time. If I can present them with some valid, good examples it would cut down on having to querry them about it. I have searched and am not having any luck finding a good source with good examples of documentation for Bilateral procedures. Does anyone have any good sites or examples I'd be able to present to my doctors?
