Could someone please help me with the coding of ICD-9 dx for bilateral open lock of temporomandibular joint and the CPT code for bilateral eminectomy. There was no prosthesis done, just "once both eminences were exposed, a reciprocating saw was used to make our cut off the eminence and then a bone file was used to smooth this area down."
