x-ray bilateral hips minimum 2views were taken with technique below. what CPT code should I use to bill the x-ray? is it hip x-ray code(73510-LT, 73510-RT) or unlisted fluoroscopic code(76496)?

Technique:under fluoroscopic observation, spot films were obtained while patient intentionally displaced both hips while in standing position. The films were taken also with patient in neutral position
