Pt presents to have implants exchanged for size only. Took out saline implants and replaced with silicone. Left sided capsulorraphy performed.

I am looking at 19340-50 but questioning whether or not the 19328 is inlcuded or should be reported seperate.

Please help...any input is appreciated.

Thanks!

The information I have is do not use 19328 in addition to 19340, 19342, or 11970.

I'm guessing this is in a reconstructed breast? If so, 19340-50 is appropriated. I hope that you have a prior-auth for this, a lot of insurance companies will not cover implant exchange solely for the reason of changing size.
