Drawing a blank.....RT and LT steroid shoulder injections performed at the same encounter. Do I bill 20610 RT
20610 LT 59 or 20610-50? Or what?

You may bill either way, payers may have preferences though.

I always use 20610 with Modifier 50 and it always gets paid.
