Can anyone help me on the query related with bilateral thrombolysis recheck up or termination procedures (37213\37214)?
It is allowed to code the bilateral services with '50'modifier to the initiation of thrombolysis therapy codes (37211\37212) ,however please advise whether we need to code only once for the recheck up\termination procedures (37213\37214) without 50 modifier if done bilaterally.?
Appreciated any ideas!!
