Wiki biling 2 ultrasounds

We have an ultrasonographer coming into our office. On some of the patients, she is billing 2 gyn (non-ob) ultrasounds- 1 transabdominal and 1 transvaginal but for the same ICD-9 code.

I cannt find where the two codes (76856 and 76830) are bundled. However I do remember where the OIG was watching this type of billing for radiology services.

Does anyone have any pertinent info on this subject?
