A pt comes in for their allergy shot, but due to the time frame since their last shot the pt's dose needs to be adjusted (backed up). The nurse talks with the MD about adjusting the dose. The MD then prescribes the new dose and gives it to the nurse to draw up/administer. Can we bill 99211 for this? Thanks for your help!
