So far we bill ekg, urine dip, medication and allergy injections, Coumadin clinic, advanced care planning and pap/pelvic. I recently noticed there is depression screening and cognitive testing we can consider billing. Do coders have any other ideas of CPT's we can bill in a family practice/general practitioner/internal medicine practice? Our physicians and medical assistants perform so many duties we just want to make sure we are billing for all of them.
