Hi,

I'm consulting for a practice who had an individual who was doing all of their billing via AdvancedMD, and diabetic shoe program items, DME, and other admin tasks.
She left without giving any of her insurance carrier logins which has the owner of the practice very concerned. I told him he needs to create his own logins but he's concerned it will take time to get them set up, and he is hoping to find a temporary or permanent replacement for her asap.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to get new logins for the company (including for Medicare) and to expedite the process?

Also, is there anyone familiar with Advanced MD looking for a short term gig, or longer term if they can work on site in the Minneapolis area?
