Please help me code Att flaps. Diagnosis is Left lower eyelid defect after Mohs surgery procedure. Procedure reads Cheek flap repair of left lower eyelid 5 X 6 cm. Do you use donor site or recipient site as CPT code. eyelid or forehead.?? Thank you..

dx would be the eyelid. The "primary" defect is the eyelid and the "secondary" defect is the cheek area. The flap size should include the areas of primary defect resulting from the excision of the lesion PLUS the area of the secondary defect resulting from the development of the flap as needed to repair the primary defect - TOTAL flap measurement must be in square centimeters.
But again always use the primary defect dx.

BUT what cpt code would it be. eyelid area or glabella area. 2 different Cpt codes. 14040 or 14060???
