Wiki Billiing 77003 with 96450

Prior to 2017 77003 was not an add on code and we could bill the 77003 with the 96450. This year the 77003 is considered an add on code and we are getting denials when the 77003 is billed with the 96450. Does anyone have a solution for this.

77003 is now an an add on code according to findacode. AMA states (Use 77003 in conjunction with 61050, 61055, 62267, 62270, 62272, 62273, 62280, 62281, 62282, 62284, 64510, 64517, 64520, 64610). Same in my CPT book. I'm not sure how you can appeal that.
