Hello,

Is anyone billing for 0398T and getting paid for the Assistant? We bill as 0398T,26,AS and send document but still denied as wanting a HCPC. Was wondering if we should use C9734- Focused ultrasound ablation/therapeutic intervention, other than uterine leiomyomata, with magnetic resonance (MR) guidance
