Wiki Billing 19081 when done in Radiology

If a surgeon comes to the mammogram suite to perform the biopsy using tomo mammogram, can the rad department charge for the use of the machine. 19081 will be billed by the surgeon but will it have a technical component that would bill out of the radiology department. Radiologist will not be reading or reporting on the procedure.
