I HAVE MULTIPLE 20610 TO BILL ON ONE CLAIM. PROVIDER PERFORMED AN ASPIRATION ON ONE KNEE AND THEN INJECTION TO BOTH KNEES. HOW DO I BILL THE ASPIRATION SEPERATE FROM THE INJECTIONS. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. THANK YOU!

I agree with the above, you cannot bill an aspiration and injection on the same day of the same joint. Be sure to include your laterality modifiers, as I often see this as a denial/edit.
