Hello Fellow Coders,
I have a question on billing 20611 and 64418 together with a modifier 59 or XU. Do they require a seperate dx or can they both be billed in office for the same reason. I already looked up the LCD for both and there is nothing specific on this question as well as looking up the previous posts. Thank you
