Does anyone have any experience billing these three codes together? Thank you!!

Did they have a prior surgery/fracture like a proximal humerus fx, retained hardware and now require a TSA? We would need more information, I am not sure what you are asking. Is the provider removing prior hardware, doing a contracture release followed by TSA? Did they already have a TSA and now undergoing revision TSA? Could they be billed together? Maybe. But there is an edit with 23472/23020 and possibly with 20680. It depends on the documentation.

For example, when talking about the hip, there is a conversion of prior hip surgery to THR (27132). There are no codes like this for the knee or the shoulder.
