Billing 28285

On 06/06/13 I billed for a 28285 but then the patient came in for post op appt and was determined that the medical hardware malfunctioned and the procedure had to be re-done on 06/19/13. Can I bill for the 28285 again and if so what modifier(s) are needed??

Please advise....
