Has anyone had any luck with getting CPT code 29823 paid when billing it with the CPT code 29824 with BCBS. I've tried putting a modifier 51 on it and they deny it. Not sure if putting a modifier 59 on it is appropriate. The doctor always does an extensive debridement with a Type 1 SLAP tear...
