I have a patient who came in to surgery with 2 separate tears in the meniscus. Provider repaired one and performed a menisectomy on the other. Can I bill for both? They are in the same compartment. Here is the op note.

The scope was brought back into the medial compartment. The radial mid-body
tear was debrided using the punches and shaver. Attention was then turned to
the posterior horn tear. This was prepared with a meniscal rasp and then
repaired with Smith+Nephew FastFix 360 meniscal repair sutures. Excellent
repair was obtained.
