Hi All,
I'm getting denials from BCBS of Arkansas for billing 36415 with E/M. Labs are done in office and not sent out. Is 36415 considered inclusive to the E/M? I'm billing remotely and I'm unfamiliar with BCBS of Arkansas. Thanks!
