TGIF! I am struggling with Varithena (36465/36466) coding. If the vein to be treated is "rising from" a truncal vein, can that be coded as 36465/36466? Feel free to leave any articles, etc that will illustrate your answer. Thank you for taking the time to read this and hope to get feedback soon.
