Good afternoon all

can someone help me with a question, can 45382 be willed along with 45384 or 45385 etc, when the doctor places clips for bleeding? CPT book only shows cant be billed with 45381, 45398 or 45378, however i find information stating that it is indicential and should not be billed. We do receive payment from insurance carries. Please advise.
