Wiki Billing 51798 during global for 57288?

Can a provider bill procedure 51798 (Measurement of post-voiding residual urine and/or bladder capacity by ultrasound, non-imaging) within the 90 day global after performing 57288 (Sling operation for stress incontinence)? As far as I know, I have found no documentation on not being able to bill 51798 during the post op period.

Can anyone please help me out with this? Thanks!

Yes you can but you will need to append a modifier 58.
