Hi All,

My cobiller and I are hoping that someone can help us with a Medi-cal billing issue. Code 59015 when billed to Medi-cal requires a modifier (per Medi-cal rep) but we cannot figure out what modifier. Do any of you have experience with this code and Medi-cal? Thank you in advance for any help!:o
