Is it appropriate to bill 61510 and 61537 together when removal of brain tumor and temporal lobectomy was performed? NCCI edits do not say it is inappropriate but.....????

The surgeon did a crani for a brain tumor and a crani for lobectomy for epileptic seizures during the same case? Than would be a very strange combo of a surgical case. You may want to review the codes again as im thinking these codes may not be correct. In any case, 1 incision, I usually bill 1 code in very rare cases do I bill two crani codes together.
