I'm fairly new to billing cpt 65778 so I'm looking for pointers. My doctor is billing for injury of conjunctiva and corneal abrasion without foreign body, right eye, intial encounter 99214-mod 25; diagnosis H18.891-other specified disorders of cornea, tight eye 65778-rt. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
