I am billing for a client who does individual therapy 90834 followed by family 90847. Is there a way to bill these together? The clients live too far away to do different days. TIA.

It may not help you with this claim, but if it has to be two different instances on the same day going forward, see if one of the family members for the 90847 can be registered as a client, then bill separately on their insurance. The once per day limit is per individual client, so if you can't separate the claims you can try and separate the clients.
