Wiki Billing 93325 for Multiple Gestations

Hi! Does anyone knew where can I get the guidelines regarding how to bill 93325 for multiple gestations? We've been billing it only once for MG, but others billed it twice (for twins & so on & so forth) with modifier 59 on the 2nd/succeeding one/ones. I need confirmation on which one is right.
