I am new to psychology billing. Our provider posted a claim for both 96101 and 96102 on the same day for a total of 4 hours (2 each). When I asked him about it, he said he preformed 2 of the tests and the intern preformed 3 of the tests. I am pretty sure this can be done but I am not aware of the correct placement of modifiers. This is being billed to WI Medicare. Thanks in advance for the help.
