Wiki Billing 96101 for family of patient

Our psychologist is doing psychiatric testing 96101 for a child and the same tese is being given to the patients parents and his teacher. The provider is spending alot of time scoring, interpreting and reporting for these tests. Can the provider bill additional units for the test given to the parents and teachers?
