Wiki Billing 98941 and 97110

I have recently send out claims to Humana for 98941 and 97110 and have received denials stating a modifier is required. The plan is a commerical plan so I assume no -AT modifier is needed or am I incorrect?

Likely they are looking for a GP on the 97110 and possibly an AT on the CMT code. Have seen this before.
