Wiki Billing 99116 with 00562 ASA/Relative Value Guide

Hello, can anyone help shed some light on the 99116. The CPT book does NOT say anything billing 99116 with 00562, 00563, 00566 and 00567. However the ASA book Relative Value Guide states you cannot bill 99116 with 00562, 00563, 00566 and 00567. Looking for any help as to if we can bill the 99116 as the books are different. thank you!
