I bill for a Primary Care Provider. WE have yet to bill 96116. My provider wishes to bill a 99344 with 96116. He is using F418 with the 96116. I will try to stay focused and from what I am reading Primary Care can bill this code. Do we bill with a 25 modifier? I am seeing conflicts. If anyone is able to assist with this question I would greatly appreciate it. We are billing this to a Medicare Advantage Plan. I do understand not all approve of this code. I also do not believe it would be covered with ICD-10 F41.8.
