99441 description is 5-10 min, What if the total phone time with the pt. is less than 5 min? I use this for our after hour services. Our physician is on call for his own practice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Anytime you are billing a time based code the correct amount of time must be documented. If it is less than the time frame of the code then there is nothing to bill.
