Wiki Billing a 95970 w/ an E&M using modifier 25

I am looking for a little more guidance and help with billing a 95970 (electronic analysis of an implanted neurostimulator pulse generator/transmitter, without programming, by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional ) with and OV using the modifier 25.
Would it be appropriate to bill the OV with a 25 modifier and the 95970 if the dictation of the OV is for one Dx and there is separate dictation for the VNS analysis?

Hi there, it will depend on what's in the note for the office visit. A different diagnosis alone doesn't get you a separate visit. Please do a search for "Modifier 25" in the forum and you'll find lots of information.
